<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tekanan eksternal dalam meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan pada sektor UMKM Makanan di Kota Padang, dengan menempatkan <em>Green Innovation</em> sebagai variabel mediasi. Tingginya kontribusi sektor UMKM makanan terhadap volume sampah kota, yang diestimasi mencapai 30-40%, menuntut adanya transisi mendesak menuju praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan.urgensi transisi menuju praktik berkelanjutan menjadi krusial. Menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif kausal, data dikumpulkan dari 356 pemilik dan manajer UMKM melalui survei dan dianalisis menggunakan <em>Structural Equation Modeling</em> (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) <em>Stakeholder Pressure</em> berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap <em>Green Innovation</em>, (2) <em>Green Innovation</em> berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap <em>Environmental Performance</em>, (3) <em>Stakeholder Pressure</em> berpengaruh langsung terhadap <em>Environmental Performance</em>, dan (4) <em>Green Innovation</em> terbukti memediasi hubungan antara tekanan pemangku kepentingan dan kinerja lingkungan secara parsial. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan tuntutan pasar (<em>Stakeholder Pressure</em>) akan menghasilkan kinerja lingkungan yang optimal jika dikonversi menjadi kapabilitas inovasi internal yang nyata.</p>
